- Wear comfortable clothing. We provide a robe and slippers.
- Please advise your technician ahead of time of any allergies, food reactions you may have and if you using Retin-A or any other medication.
- A 50% deposit is required if you are booking three or more services.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for spa services. If notification is not received within these requirements, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you fail to arrive for your appointment, a "no-show" fee will be charged.
- In order to make your spa experience more relaxed and enjoyable arrive early for your appointment so that you can change into your robe, fill out the necessary spa forms and relax. (If you are more than 15 minutes late we will accommodate you to the best of our ability).
- To maintain our healthy ambiance, no smoking is permitted.
- A tranquil environment is desired by our clients. We cannot accommodate children during your service or treatment
- All major credit cards are accepted at Panache ~ Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment by check is welcome with proper identification.
If your service is a gift, please bring your gift certificate / gift card.
No refunds for gift certificates. You may transfer to another person or exchange for other services or products. If you are the recipient of a raffle or door prize, gift certificate may not be exchanged for other services or items.
